There are a lot more micro blog sites which are similar to Twitter and Google loves them! A lot of their updates are indexed every minute. Getting over 200 links from these is a surefire way for Google to crawl your site and improve its rankings. In fact, I have had great experience with this when I used it on an autoblog. Some of the links produced are Dofollow and a lot of RSS aggregators automatically pickup these micro updates and stores them in their database. That’s a lot more additional backlinks!
